I’m a thirty-something millennial from Baltimore, MD who accidentally turned a craving for nostalgia into a full-blown baking business. It all started in 2018 when I asked my mom to teach me how to make my grandma’s legendary butter pound cake. One bite, one whisk, one “just a little more” later—and I was hooked.
What began as a family recipe has since risen (pun fully intended) into Butter Babe, my sweet little corner of the baking world. I specialize in rich, golden pound cakes and gooey, swoon-worthy cinnamon rolls that taste like a warm hug from your favorite auntie.
